Carol has spent 30+ years in the Real Estate Profession working in real estate development, property management and sales. Her diverse knowledge lets her find a perfect home for clients desiring to purchase, but also provides great advice on preparing her client’s homes for sale. She is a BD Homes Luxury Director and prides herself on her attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Carol’s real estate career began in 1976 with Kaufman and Broad in Los Angeles. She was involved in real estate development and was a corporate officer of several divisions of this Fortune 500 firm. After more than 15 years with KB, Carol moved on to property management, also in the greater Los Angeles area, initially with Windsor Capital and then with Greystone Management.

During her career Carol felt the need to give back to her community. She became active in the arts and began an affiliation with The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. Carol became President of MOCA’s Projects Council and organized many successful fundraising drives including a campaign to raise funds for the Museum’s Permanent Collection Catalogue and a Glass and Ceramic auction to raise funds for MOCA’s Education Program (which benefits the Los Angeles Unified School District) as well as Women in the Arts luncheons and museum galas.

Carol has been living and working in the desert for the past 20 years. Her real estate business encompasses many repeat clients.
